1. Who or what is Laura's Kitchen?

I am a mother, grandmother and someone who has a passion for baking and cooking. I learned this from my mother who one of the best southern cooks in the area.  You could taste her love of cooking in every bite.

2. Do you ship your products?

Yes, all our candy is shipped USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship cakes or pies, but prefer you to pick these up locally if you are in the Knoxville area.

3. What are your business hours?

Good question, we do not maintain regular business hours but prefer you to contact us by phone or email for pickup times.

4. How do I place an order?

For candy, you simply add the item to your shopping cart and then you will be directed to the checkout page on Paypal. For additional information or purchasing cakes or pies, you can contact us by phone, US Mail or email..

5. Do I have to pay by credit card?

No, you do not have to pay by credit card but you will get your products quicker if you do use Paypal as our secure method of payment. If you order by check, we will wait until check has cleared the bank before shipping unless other arrangements have been made by us.

6. Are you inspected by any governmental agency?

Yes, we have completed food safety courses offered by The University of Tennessee and Laura's Kitchen is inspected and approved by State of Tennessee Department of Agriculture Regulatory Services which has jurisdiction over food stores and food manufacturing in Tennessee (Permit No. 042941).
